Make the most of this summer, learn to windsurf in one of the best locations in the country
Hunstanton Windsurf School is the only provider of windsurfing lessons in Hunstanton. You can feel confident that all our lessons take place in safe, shallow waters where individuals are taught in groups of no more than 4, allowing for a more personal experience tailored to your individual progress.
We provide windsurfing tuition from April to October. All equipment is provided which includes windsurf equipment, plus a warm wetsuit! We are now taking bookings for this summer season 2009. Please contact us to make a booking.
‘Get on and go’
This course is an introduction to windsurfing. You will be into the water right away with only the minimal theory necessary. Get a feel for this exhilarating sport by learning the basics, which will enable you to balance and turn as you ride the board.
This course is suitable for children and adults alike to get a taste for this exciting watersport.
*Note this is a taster session, not a ‘learn how to windsurf’ course.~

Beginners one day windsurfing program
(Day one)
A gentle introduction to the sport; this course will take you through the very basics so you are up and riding around in as little as one day. From your first ever step onto a windsurf board, by the end of the day you can expect to be confidently able to balance, control the power of the wind, turn around and sail away from and back to shore.
A small amount of theory will be included to give you an understanding of the equipment and wind awareness.
This is our most popular course, NO previous experience required!

Beginners two day windsurfing program
(Day two)
This two day course will give you the essential time on the water needed to become competent on the board. The course follows the same program as the Beginners One Day, but allows you more time on the water, enabling you to progress further. As well as becoming more secure in the basics from day 1, our instructors will ensure that you are challenged appropriately throughout your time at Hunstanton, introducing you to new maneuvers and techniques.
